Respiration
WITHOUT a band!

The blue line picks up EMG activity across the wrists. We inserted a special filter to attenuate ECG spikes. The result is a nice smooth EMG wave. When the entire upper torso is relaxed, this EMG shows contraction and release of the accessory muscles of respiration, and results in a smooth wave that follows respiration itself.

When HR begins to show stable waves [see the snapshot on the left], the upper body EMG begins to follow the HR wave.

If you wish, you can select special screens, like this screen showing the live  difference between the minimum and maximum heart rate. You can also show trends, like the averaged Max-Min HR trend over the last 30 seconds.

We provide software that converts inter-beat intervals [IBIs] into Digital Frequency Transformed 'FFT' spectral dispays. These are live spectral displays.







In addition we provide viewing of three spectal bands as line or bar graphs : Low Frequuncy [LF], High Frequency [HF] and Very Low Frequency [VLF].
